We value your residency at Lemay Lake Apartment Homes, and are sorry to hear that your experience hasn't lived up to your expectations. We appreciate the time you took to bring some of your concerns to our attention in order that we may always strive to improve. Two weeks ago, we had all of the hallway carpet professionally cleaned. If problem areas still remain, please let us know and we will have the area touched-up again. You may be happy to hear that we will be adding fob access to the front doors of all of the buildings very soon. This will eliminate the need for key entry, and will cut down on the wear and tear on the locks. In the meantime, we will make sure that our maintenance team is checking and servicing the locks more often. With the addition of the new clubhouse building, we did have to remove the existing playground; however we are finalizing plans to have a new playground installed at the south end of outdoor pool. The kids have been missing the playground, and we hope to have a new one installed in September. We are always looking for ways to enhance the living experience for our dog owners, and will take your suggestions into consideration. Related to the theft of property, we definitely share in your disappointment in these incidents. We do ask that residents refrain from storing valuables in the underground garages, and have offered storage lockers as an alternative. Our cameras are operational, but do not cover all areas of our expansive buildings and garages. We would be more than happy to address any additional concerns you have, and especially tend to those items related to the interior of your apartment (bathtub resurfacing, register covers, and outlets). A meeting or call will allow me the opportunity to ensure that going forward, we can improve your living experience at Lemay Lake.

In the future, if you witness similar behavior, please let the office know right away as we would be more than happy to address and remedy the situation. The new Clubhouse is approaching completion over the next few weeks, and we couldn't be more excited to reveal the new facility to everyone! Due to the construction, we have had to postpone the opening of the outdoor pool. We sincerely apologize for the delay, and are making every effort to have the pool open sometime next week. We are confident the new and expanded fitness center, party room, and poolside patio will only further enhance the living experience at Lemay Lake.
I am very sorry to hear that your experience at Lemay Lake has been a frustrating time for you. As the Property Manager, I take your comments seriously and thank you for your feedback. While we are a pet friendly community, we do have pet rules that require all dogs be on a leash outside the apartment home. Furthermore, the City of Eagan has leash laws that our residents must abide by. We will make sure to keep our eyes open for unleashed dogs; and kindly ask that if you see this again, to please bring it to our attention right away. We feel the lake is a beautiful asset to our community and many residents enjoy taking out our kayaks, canoe and paddle boat during the summer months. Last summer we refreshed the sand at the beach area, and last fall we pruned along the shoreline to open up better sight lines and also installed a brand new fire pit. If there are further areas you think we can improve upon at the lake, we would love to discuss this with you further. We are in the process of upgrading all of our apartment homes with new stainless steel appliances. While it sounds like you may have the classic stove model, we want to ensure that the stove is functioning properly and is safe. Please reach out to the Leasing Office to arrange for maintenance to inspect and repair the stove to your satisfaction. At that time, we can also provide you with more information on how you can take advantage of the upgraded appliance package as well! To address your concerns about who lives at the community, please keep in mind that Lemay Lake Apartment Homes conducts business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Laws.
