Friendly leasing staff. I've never seen them since signing my lease. Most amenities closed during COVID. Not much creativity on how to stay open. Apartment was pretty beat up when I moved in. I was expecting new carpet and paint.

Great building, great staff, management company is unresponsive and inflexible. Good experience on site, but it's very difficult to deal with the owners. Worth it but know that the fees are never waived, no matter whose error or what the circumstances.

Well maintained building. Office staff is very friendly and responsive. I have heard only minimal noice from upstairs neighbors. Never hear anyone's dishwashers or laundry facilities. The pool area is always clean and people are respectful of sharing the grill units.
