My wife and I have lived here twice and now we wish we didn't come back. We were happy enough the first time, but this last year has been the worst living situation we've ever experienced.
The apartments themselves are adequate, although they are poorly insulated. It has typical apartment fixtures. The air conditioner is built into the living room wall and is original to the apartment complex. That means it's weak and loud, and doesn't cool the other half of the apartment. If you want to stay cool at night in the summer, the one air conditioner won't help you at all. There is one hot water heater for 8 apartments, which makes the hot water inconsistent. Also, don't expect anything to be clean when you move in either.
The maintenance man is helpful and very nice, and the staff is generally pleasant. But that doesn't make up for all of the problems they refuse to address. Your enjoyment of the apartments will primarily be a result of the neighbors. In addition to the natural "joys" of apartment living (sharing walls & common space), don't be fooled by the smoking policy. One neighbor smokes outside constantly, making keeping our windows open in the summer impossible. Fans aren't enough. And management refuses to accommodate the needs of people that choose to be healthy. We're very concerned about the health of our baby when she's born. The apartments used to be smoking so even if you keep them closed up, they get stuffy with stale cigarette smoke. Another neighbor constantly smokes pot in the garage and their apartment and the smell travels up the vents. We have discussed both situations with management and they will not resolve the issues.
If you care about smoking neighbors, don't move here until the landlord joins the 21st century and prohibits smoking altogether.
