Apartment is great, it's a good price for all the amenities they offer. Place is upgraded and management is nice. Recommend this apartment for any family. My kids love the two playgrounds and I love the community garden

Apartments are mostly nice. Rent to Value is poor. Regardless of what ADs say, heat is NOT included with rent when you end up paying for water, sewer, trash, which makes the Rent to Value even worse. Lack of counter space.

The halls are creeky when walking, which can sound loud. Love the new updates and a decent price. The laundry is a bit expensive, $1.95 to dry and $2.50 to wash. The fitness room and lounge are awesome.
