The Bluffs at Nine Mile Creek

We have lived here for 9 years. It is an extremely clean, well-maintained, and well-run building, It is very quiet. We only seem to run into people on the elevator. It does not allow Section 8 at all. It allows Section 42, which is people making around $30,000 a year. The people we have met on Section 42 at the Bluffs are hard-working students, pilots, people working in the arts, entertainment and restaurant industry. They all have been wonderful people. There are only 15 units available to Section 42. Many are also hard-working people who have been laid off do to the economy and policies in place with the current administration. Any police being called is as a result of management encouraging residents to call for any little thing that ails them; intolerance for any noise past the hour of ten at night is not tolerated. If anything that has not been great wisdom on managements part. I know of a resident that called the police on three kids that were in the pool 15 minutes after they were supposed to be out. There is no crime that we have ever been aware of at The Bluffs; just a high level of intolerant people that use the police department to serve their narcissistic needs. I believe that they are the ones who should not take up residence in apartment building. I wonder why they do. Their personality disorders and self-serving attitudes make the job of management onerous and tax the precious resources of the city of Eden Prairie. If any of you are reading this Move On. Org applies to you. Hit the road Jack. Whoever you are that did not decide to live here, Thank God! You would have made life unbearable for everyone here, and I am sure you make life unbearable for all your family and friends. You are misinformed and clearly uneducated. I would put money on it that you are not a Minnesota native. If you are from one of the four states that lives off us because your state cannot provide opportunity for you, a special Stand Down is in order. Please leave. You have your Marching Orders! Don't let the screen door hit you on your way out!
