Jamie, I can only imagine how frustrating that must have been and I do apologize that your guests were towed. Our resident parking lot is monitored by an impartial third party company after hours and we have two overflow lots for guest parking, as indicated on the guest passes and signage throughout the building. We do not release private contact information of our residents to third party contractors we work with.
