Anytime you rent where at least one wall is shared with a neighbor, you are going to have to deal with some noise. That's a fact of life unless the walls are constructed with cement. I've lived here for 3 years and have had neighbors come and go. Some of them I have never noticed and some of them have been...not very quiet. If noise is a huge issue for you, don't rent a townhome. Find a standalone place or a building constructed with cement. If you want to be in a place that is *pretty* updated, is reasonable priced and utilities are pretty efficient- then Timber Ridge is great. I've looked off and on since being here (not because I am unhappy. An open floor plan and attached garage appeals to me), and I always come to the same conclusion: for what I pay, this is really nice. If I want everything on my checklist- I have to increase my rent by at least $500. As far as the other comments about management and maintenance- I have no complaints. If I have a concern, it's responded to quickly and at my convenience. I am blown away that anyone would have a and experience with them. Laurie and Josh are both fabulous!
