Everyone is nice and respectful. Maintenance staff are really nice and gave enough warning so I could get my cat out of thier way. Neighborhood is nice located in a great area and near shopping areas.

Cheap and nice place to live gas station near by and easy access to highways there are multuple coffee shops within walking distance. They allow all kinds of pets which is a good and a bad thing all at the same time

Our experience has been good. The office staff is very helpful and the grounds are in great shape. When there are any maintenance issues, they are handled immediately. It is a pet friendly community with a small dog park.

Pretty good experience whenever interact with the main office. Accessibility to parking varies based on when and where in the neighborhood you are parking. It appears due to timing that only occasionally see other residents in current building.

Community and location is good but the services and quality of the apartments are poor. You will be lucky if you have a quiet and nice neighbor below or above you. Parking is a hassle especially during winter due to poor management. See More

Brentwood Park townhomes are great. They are older units but overall a good value. You are getting a small two bedroom townhome for around the price you would get a two bedroom apartment in the surrounding area.
