I've lived in Central Park Manor going into my 3rd year now. It's a very well kept quiet place with very friendly staff & residents. The solid construction as well as underground parking is great. I would recommend checking this place out. My only complaint is the little rent hikes we've been receiving each year, but I think that is pretty much everywhere. It's a bit of small town in the city and a great neighborhood.
