My girlfriend and I lived here for two years. There are some older people but lots of young couples as well. We liked many things about this building. First, it is small. Although Ginkel properties owns a few places around town, the property manager here only has one four-floor building to look after. Second, this is a great location within a few blocks of restaurants, a movie theater and a large health club. Third, the property manager herself, Cherie, is a delight! Any time we had a question or maintenance need she was on top of it instantly. Fourth, we were fortunate to get a move in special for our first year and they even negotiated a reduced price for the second year so we never paid full price for our one bedroom apartment. Another reviewer mentioned a garbage smell which I only ever noticed in the stairs right next to the garbage room and entrance to the underground garage. The only other drawback I could mention is that they don't allow pets or we'd still be living there.
