Central Park Manor
Resident · 2012 - 2014
This has been my favorite place to live in Hopkins. Close to downtown, which has a coffee shop, cute local shops, a movie theater, food, bars, the park, everything. The park behind the building is noisy, but it's not a big deal for those who work during the day or don't need silence during working hours--or you can just shut your window :) The managment is very helpful and friendly. The unit has some cosmetic flaws (dated kitchen cupboards, bathroom fixtures) but the important stuff is in great shape (appliances, lights, walls, new carpet). There's always parking. Big windows let lots of light in. The rent is actually pretty good compared to other places I've lived in Hopkins, so maybe those reviewers who mention it are used to something different. Overall, a great experience.
