Central Park Manor
Resident · 2000 - 2014
I have lived at Central Park Manor since the summer of 2000. It's a very quiet place to live and seems to be well insulated from inside and outside noises. The walls, ceilings and floors seem to be solid concrete. The staff is friendly and helpful and even management has promptly replied to my e-mails on the very few occasions I've had questions or concerns. They have 6 washers and 6 dryers in the laundry room which is open 24/7. The building is well kept and clean. The grounds are immaculate and they offer off-street parking in their own parking lot (free, of course) or underground for a few dollars a month extra. Located right on Mainstreet in Hopkins, there's a bus stop right in front of the building. Right across the street is a Russian Deli, 2 fantastic Oriental restaurants (take-out or eat in) and a Domino's Pizza. Within a few blocks there's a great little coffee shop with free WiFi that serves breakfast all day, an excellent and reasonable grocery store, a discount theater (under $4 / ticket)... Hopkins is a great place to live! I have brought Central Park Manor new renters from among my friends and would definitely recommend this location to anyone else as well.
