I lived here for 7 months. I thought the place was great. Downtown Hopkins is a lot of fun and everything is convenient to walk to. There is also a bus line across the street. If you need anything Rich or Bev are awesome! If you need something repaired, the maintenance guy is usually there the same day. It's not a fancy place but you have everything you need. The only drawback I saw was when Penny is in the office, then it is total chaos.
