After living here for four months, I have come to notice that the new management of the Briargate & Southridge Apartments, LiveActive, is quite incapable of running a smooth operation. The pool and hot tub are still unfinished (an unnecessary luxury, but one I'm paying for), the laundry room was only just recently finished (and is more expensive than any laundromat I've found), and the landscaping around the complex has been seriously neglected.
My experiences with the management have been equally agitating. Trying to communicate with anyone in the office feels like using a crappy search engine with monotonous, apathetic results. I feel more like a room number & rent check than a resident.
All that aside, the apartment itself is actually pretty nice. Kitchen is a bit small, but the walls and floors are pretty quiet. The carpet is good, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are small but nice. If you can get past crummy management and lackluster construction projects, they're not bad apartments.
