this place is comfortable and very affordable however having requested at least 4 times for maintenance to come and fix things I believe maintenance is poor additionally having called and contacted staff, they don't call you back nor do they put in the maintenance request when asked, but they will bother you if they believe you owe extra money. If you're in need of a quick place to stay for year with minimal rent an okay job sites then I would recommend this place however other than those reasons I would not because they have poor service here and I've had problems for a while. additionally they don't appear to abide by the agreements that other staff members implemented.
