Resident 2005 Not Recommended

I LIVED IN HIGHLAND HILL FOR 1 YEAR. AFTER 1 YEAR LEASE EXPIRED, I SIGNED UP FOR 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT FOR A YEAR. 1 MONTH BEFORE MY SECOND LEASE STARTED, MY ROOMMATE CHANGED HIS MIND AND DECIDED NOT TO STAY IN HIGHLAND. I WENT TO HIGHLAND HILL OFFICE AND MENTIONED THAT WE WILL LEAVE AFTER MY LEASE OVER AND WILL NOT MOVE TO 2 BED ROOM APARTMENT THAT'S WE SUPPOSED TO MOVE NEXT MONTH. I ASKED FOR MY $350 DEPOSIT BACK FOR THE 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT. THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT. SO I HAVE TO PAY $350 FOR THE APARTMENT THAT I NEVER LIVED FOR A SINGLE DAY. SO, I TOLD THEM THAT I WILL FIND A NEW ROOMMATE AND WILL SIGN FOR NEW APARTMENT. I FOUND A FRIEND AND TOOK HIM TO HIGHLAND OFFICE AFTER 2 HOURS TO SIGN UP THE LEASE. HIGLAND PEOPLE SAID THEY RENTED THE APARTMENT TO SOMEBODY ELSE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY $350.00. THAT MANAGER IS VERY MEAN AND HAS NASTY ATTITUDE. I HAD TO CALL COPS. COPS TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO COURT. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE TO HIGHLAND HILL.
