This is probably one of the worst places to live in Mankato. Whenever you have a maintenance request you actually have to PAY for it. It's not our fault the plumbing absolutely sucks here. also, it says you get high speed internet. that is totally false advertising. you cant even be on the internet if someone else's is because nothing will load. The staff here is absolutely horrible. The on call person never answers the phone for emergency's and the other staff is just completely useless and not helpful at all. i DO NOT recommend EVER signing a lease here. And it is WAY over priced. $750 a month for this place???
