The Summit is close to the MSU campus and has a bus that stops right in front of the apartments to take you to campus, which is really convenient for students. The apartments themselves are decent, not great. They come fully furnished but the furniture provided is not of great quality. My roommate's mattress had bed bugs when we first moved in and my mattress was in poor condition and had stains all over, which they then proceeded to charge me for when we moved out. We had several issues with leaking pipes and our dryer breaking three times. Management is very slow to respond to maintenance issues if they do respond at all. In the winter, electricity prices are insanely high, with our electric bill being over $50/month/person on top of what is covered in rent. Overall, convenient place to live for students, moderate quality, poor management.
