The newly renovated apartments are awesome! The management and maintenance staff are very kind and always willing to help with personal and professional matter. It's across the street from where all my classes are, and across the street from all the sporting events on campus! The… See More

Great place to live! Great staff, they are always there to help! Right above restaurants like chipotle, noodles and weggys. Also across the road is campus! It's just a five minute walk to class. The ideal spot for a college student!

I would not recommend University Square Village to my worst enemy. For my final year of college and my second in Minnesota, I wanted a facility that was close to campus. That was my primary interest in U Square and ended up being the only good… See More

First apartment starting out and I would not recommend this to any Mankato Students. Have lived in two other apartment complexes since and both have been a much better value than University Square. The prices are way too high for the small convenience of being closer… See More

I lived on second floor above Fed Ex my senior year of college. All I can say is that I would give anything to go back in time and live there all four years! The best part is that the building is built really well and… See More

These apartments are definitely not worth it, and I am suspecting that one of their "higher up" employees (likely one of the owners or something...) goes on facebook and review sites pretending to be a resident raving about how great it is to live here. This… See More

Living in University Square for the remaining 3 years of college after moving off campus after my freshman year was a great experience. I would not recommend any place else - although the rent was a big higher than some of the others in the area,… See More

This place isn't worth it. Security is a joke and there are always drunk people stumbling around the parking lot from the bars and they tend to be extrememly loud. When I'm trying to study or sleep my apt is always shaking from the bass of… See More

Newest apartments in the area. Close to campus, great for students attending MSU-Mankato. Businesses right below (Coffee Shop, Liquor Store, Food, Bars, Tanning/Nail/Hair Salons, soon to be a Grocery Store, etc.)
