The walls are fairly thick, so neighbors bugging you isn't much of an issue. It is conveniently located and easy to find routes during the current road construction, if you can find your car since there is no attiquate parking. Parking permits are a joke that and vehicles with no permit enjoy the actual parking space. So you have to park in the street somewhere and pray your car is okay in the morning. But the staff was honest about saying they have no intention of trying to solve the problem, "but we are working on getting the junkers that haven't moved for a year towed".
I can't make that up. Seriously.
Oh, and my car got towed.... parking permit proudly displayed.
