We allow residents to pay their rent up to 5 days late with no additional fee. After 5 days a $50 late fee is applied. We offer several solutions for residents to pay their rent online. An online check, checking account or check card have no fees associated with them. Thus, a free way for a resident to pay online. Currently paying rent with a major credit card does have a fee associated with it. Visa is the highest at $50. We are working to change that policy within the next two months. In the meantime, residents still have numerous options to pay rent without a charge.

Thank you for your candid review of Calhoun Greenway. I certainly understand your frustration as it relates to parking. I am sorry you have not had a better experience. Our staff would be the first to tell any perspective resident that parking is a challenge in our area of uptown. While the uptown area provides a lot of great shops, restaurants, bus stops and other services within a walkable distance to our buildings, parking is something the area is notorious for not having enough of. As Minneapolis will be gearing up for light rail expansion, we our working diligently with city officials to include parking into their plans of the West Lake Station, which will be starting construction in the next 18 months right behind us on the Greenway trail. As this project is in planning stages, our efforts to change the parking situation are not moving as fast as we hope, but will always remain in the forefront of our focus. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I wish there was more we could have done to make it a positive and comfortable living environment for you. Last summer, when you reported living here, our new building was under construction, which unfortunately did create parking issues. Since opening, the parking situation has improved greatly and thankfully residents are no longer having parking struggles like you experienced last summer. We never find it funny to have to tow a resident's vehicle and are always as diligent as possible to make sure the parking policies are well communicated to help minimize the possibility of vehicles being towed. The policies are in place to help ensure that there isn't a non-resident taking up a space for a current resident, not to harass our current residents. If there is a concern about the condition of the pool or if an air conditioner isn't cooling properly our residents can always submit a work request so that one of our maintenance technicians can resolve it. We strive to make prompt repairs to resident's homes and our amenities, and are fully staffed to do so. We agree that future residents should do in depth research before making a decision on where to live. We feel one of the most effective ways to do this is to come visit the property and take a tour. I wish you well in your new home and if there are any other areas we can improve on that you would be willing to share with me I would greatly appreciate it! Sincerely, Toni L.
