I've been at Diamond Eight Terrace for about 12 years now. The building i am in is very old and the unit looks like it dates back to the 1960's, so if you worry about that sort of thing you might be disappointed. Everything else about the place is fine. The current management is very nice. When i need something fixed, it gets fixed by the next day.I have never been bothered by weird notes under my door as one reviewer complained of. I have never been or seen any harrassment by management. Of course, i do follow basic common sense rules. I have not had a problem with crime here. The walls are not paper thin as some have said. I rarely hear my neighbors. My only noise complaint involves snow plowing in winter. I don't know why I have to hear plows scraping the asphalt at 3 in the morning. Overall its a decent place to live for the price.
