Horrible management! The provision in the leasing agreement that states that you can break a lease means nothing. They can deny your request at the property manager's whim. I was told that you were able to break your lease with a fee given a 2 month notice when I first signed my lease in January 2020. The person who told me this did not state that there would be any issue with this unless the move out date fell in November, December, or January. I will grant that the leasing agreement does state that you are allowed to break the lease ONLY with the property managers's approval, but this is not what I was told when signing the lease. I was told that I would be able to break the lease with no problem. The employees are dishonest when trying to get you sign the lease so be careful. My husband and I are trying to move out due to economic uncertainty and having family members in Atlanta at risk for developing severe complications from COVID-19. Some of them have already lost their jobs and need our help and support. We need to be with our family during this crisis and help with childcare. I was willing to pay the fee required to break the lease but I was told flat-out, NO. STAY AWAY! Read the other reviews on google, all of them from the past 5 months state how horrible the management is.
