Resident 2010

4/12/2010

This building is OK overall. It has a nice indoor pool and sauna. The exercise room is OK to get a quick simple workout. So far management has been fine. I do agree with some of the other reviews about the thin walls, but its not too bad. I don't think that the neighbors are really loud, its just poor insulation with common walls so neighbors don't have to be very loud for you to hear them. The woman that showed me the apartment said it was concrete in between the walls, but that can't be the case with how easily you can hear neighbors. My biggest noise issue is with neighbors opening and closing their patio doors. Its loud even if your patio door is closed. You can also hear and feel people walking down the halls in some parts of the building. The units do have plenty of closet space, and I like the size of the units. Parking is usually very limited unless you pay for the underground parking or get home early. You can expect to park on the street most times. The building is large with long hallways, so carrying things can be a hassle at times depending on where you are in the building. There are buggies that are usually aroung to help, but its hit or miss on if you can find one. To sum it up I think its a decent building, better than alot of others out here, but if you are big on noise this may not be the place for you.
