We live in the 700 building. We picked it mostly because it was cheap and included heat, a parking space, tv and internet. It's close to Dinkytown, walking distance to campus, and easy to bus to downtown Minneapolis. Also walking distance to the stone arch bridge, which I like. We almost never hear our neighbors. Probably the worst part of the apartment is the TINY kitchen - barely any counter space or places to plug in appliances like a coffee maker or toaster. Also no dishwasher. Other than that, it is basic but has the essentials. Haven't had any problems with the management and maintenance requests are always promptly answered.
