Try parking your car somewhere that you feel safe...NOT here. Also, plan on spending hundreds every month for utilities. I would call EXCEL and get the monthly average before signing here...you won't regret it. See More

Living in an apartment with red brick and tall ceilings with ENORMOUS windows has always been my dream... Mpls Lofts is exactly the unique apartment I've dreamed of! Prices are pretty good for the downtown location too. Not many amenities but the fitness room and rooftop… See More
