The Oak Grove Apartment/230 Oak Grove is a wonderful place to live for many reasons-it is a dog friendly building-it is well maintained-the residents are an eclectic mix of Minneapolis from urban professionals to hipster/server types who get along quite well considering their diversity. The management is fair and easy to talk to, and the Gen manager is easy going and pro-active. There is constant upgrades, and maintenance is ongoing to the regal, older building. The building is a place of character and beauty, and the location is choice per city access. The hood is a light mix of various streams humanity that gets along and minds their own biz. I've read the reviews of some of the past residents-some of the opinions given sell the building and the management short-I've lived at Oak Grove for 10 years, and have seen it all-with all objectivity; the management is good, the pets are happy, and the Oak Grove Apartments are a great place to live.
