I love this place so much, tall ceilings and great location. Some great views of the city for one side of the building and rents are relatively affordable. The landlord, Corrina, is great and very fair!

Great community, everyone is friendly. Not a ton of interaction since there is no community space in the building or rooftop. But great nonetheless. You bump into someone in the hall or elevator but there's no lobby the chat or see people just hanging out

A nice, quiet building. Minimal amenities, but close to everything. The building is walking distance from Whole Foods and great restaurants - in addition to the river trails and the Guthrie and US Bank Stadium.

It has been overall good. It can be noisy at times between the walls of neighbors. I enjoyed having in unit washer and dryers placed! Made a huge difference. Some amenities would be nice! The only downfall is that there is not any outdoor space.

Beautiful loft apartments. Keep in mind that despite the high rent, the available amenities offered in similar buildings (coffee, gym, lounge, etc.) are nonexistent here, and the building itself has significant wear and tear (frequently broken elevator).

Mostly positive. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The outside doors do not close properly all the time and the fire escape on the first floor door is often not closed entirely. Big safety issue there. See More

Great management company took over in 2015 and improvements are evident throughout the building. Prices are fair. However, there are certain trade-offs, specifically with amenities, that are available in new builds throughout the community (outdoor space, in-unit laundry, parking access, etc.) Location is great.
