They are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They're passive aggressive, not understanding in any case, and have no sense of what customer service means. I don't need them to be fake nice to me I just want to be treated like a person! I mentioned my boyfriend receiving a package at the apartment and they proceeded to all jump on me about having an undocumented roommate-he was sending it to me because he was out of town and didn't want to get wet if it rained. I don't go to the office unless I absolutely have to, and every time is a bad experience. Not to mention the parking. It's $75 a month for a space in the lot, which you can't even get into it it snows, and if you don't do that and wing it with street parking, your car gets hit. I've gone through two drivers side mirrors in the 10 months I've been there and my car has been hit 6-7 times. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy for building 2011. He's a dear and always says hi to me when I walk by even though he doesn't really know me.
