Resident 2018 - 2020

8/3/2020

I lived here for two years and will be moving out for several reasons. Before we moved in, my roommates and I were told Sally's bar downstairs was not loud/bothersome. This was NOT TRUE because the music and bar fights were so loud that our apartment furniture sometimes shook from the music. On Friday nights, you should expect to go through a swarm of people standing outside the bar in order to enter the 700 front doors. In terms of cleanliness, the lobby was always a mess in the winter and the front door always smelled TERRIBLE with the snow/puke. Move in day was also chaotic because one of the elevators was broken and there were not enough carts. For moving out, they do not provide carts at all and expect you to lug your belongings from your apartment on your own. The front desk staff is kind and are generally responsive to your concerns. However, the manager was rude when speaking with me about moving out and was disrespectful in the past. The only positives are the location and that it's close to campus.
