The Elysian is a perfect place to live for a college student or young professional. It is affordable with everything a person ages 18 between 30 would need, if living in an apartment, especially with roommates. It has all the essentials, enough space, the beds are queens, which ultimately fits two people so that is more than enough room, great bathroom space and the furniture provided is just right. I love the view and the balcony provided is such a plus. It is in a great location because it is near the U of M campus but not right in the heart of Dinkytown so the noise level isn't too annoying for a "college town." Not only that, but for those who work or go to school in other parts of the city, the bus routes are very near the building and are convenient for most people. The only complaint I have is the doors get creaky and the sliding doors for the Washer and Dryer sometimes fall off of the track, but that can be taken care of by the maintenance. Other than that, the management and staff is awesome. They really care about their tenants and want to make sure everyone is happy. I say it's a great building to live in.
