I would give them zero stars, but apparently that is not an option. I recently moved out of Cedar Ridge apartments in Minnetonka, after living there for 4 years. My rent went up $100-$125 dollars every year, with no upgrades or improvements to my unit, nor to the building in general. I bought a house and my mortgage payment is less than I was paying for rent. Also, The staff is completely unprofessional, and they have terrible customer service. Good luck getting a hold of anyone at the Sela office if you have any issues. I tried to get a hold of them multiple times to find out the terms of my lease if I were to try to get out of it early, and I NEVER got a call back. When I did move out, I spent 4 hours cleaning my unit, and instead of getting any of my deposit back, they sent me a letter saying I owe them $1004.92 for a bunch of bogus charges. You would think I had trashed the place! I've rented from a few different places in the cities and have never had this issue. Sela is the worst.
