Since Ted Bigos has purchased the property lots of money has flowed in. New workout room, lots of painting and landscaping and plenty of the "let's have fun here vibe". The problem is the people who work here are not concerned whatsoever about their residents. Every mention of an issue is greeted with gasps and never are fixed. If you have an animal, that's great! Except beware...they will change the lease without your agreement or even telling you. I WAS in a pet free building due to allergies, and guess what? All pets all the time! When asked what or how, they said they needed more apartments for prospective tenants with pets! Great answer! Halls smell of urine, garages haven't been swept in ages. Carpet in common areas discolored and if you don't enjoy secondhand smoke, well stay clear. Perhaps the easiest way to sniff out the increased revenue push is the fact that there are now more cars than there are spots. So it's common to see cars parked haphazardly sticking out in the already too narrow drives, and will only get worse when the snow piles up and the cut rate plow service comes late. I'd think twice about living here. Me? I'd rather have root canal than move again. This used to be a nice well run community...that's highly suspect now.
