Both mold and flooding are very serious concerns, and our maintenance team works hard to ensure that all residents have a safe home to live in. Hello Neighbor, Thank you for providing your feedback. I apologize that the timeliness of our maintenance staff was not satisfactory. This and following up with residents on the status of work requests is something that our team is working hard to improve. If you still have any items that are in need of repair please let me know as soon as possible. I'll provide my contact information below. Thank you for the feedback regarding snow removal as well. Our maintenance team and plowing vendors have been working over time in this record setting snowfall month to make sure lots and sidewalks are as clean as possible, however if you ever have concerns about the lots or specific areas that may need extra attention or may even be a safety concern, please don't hesitate to reach out. In regards to your storage concerns, we do have additional storage available throughout each of the apartment buildings by way of rentable storage lockers.
