Toured 2 BR 2 BA (1187 Sq Ft) Cons: One staff member spoke to a few different tenants in a rude manner, the staff that gave the tour was trying too hard to appear friendly with each person we came into contact with, appliances are outdated, fixtures are outdated, built-in shelving in closets (making it inconvenient depending how you'd rather arrange things), heard from an old employee there was problems with rats and bugs, and cost will be higher since water/gas are shared cost. It's determine by Sq Ft, number of tenants in unit, and minus 10% for shared common area. From what was explained and seeing tenants come into the office complaining, utilities can be costly. Pros:Stack-able W/D in unit, large patio/balcony, plenty of parking on surface lot, 1 reserved parking in heated underground garage (allowed only 1), car wash bay , smoke free building (however, tenants can smoke on patio/balcony), newly upgrade gym equipment, valley ball court, tennis court, basketball court, in/out door heated pools, free shuttle service to downtown, and staff "seemed" friendly. Overall, the place was over priced due to the flashy amenities.
