DON'T LIVE HERE. The apartment itself is nice, until something breaks down. Then, maintenance will MAYBE fix it after months of you complaining, or tell you they won't fix it unless they increase your rent. The other tenants are loud, rude, and generally disrespectful. Even with the police called, they will be loud and disruptive in their apartments and on their balconies until 4 and 5 in the morning! In addition to being up this late, the complex decides to begin very loud construction at 6 and 7 am... WHEN CAN A PERSON WITH A REAL JOB SLEEP? The pool was close for all three months of the summer, but at least they have a small weight room. The only saving grace of this place is the women who work in the office, they are extremely nice! Overall, I'm very disappointed with this apartment and I strongly urge anyone who is considering moving here to carefully rethink their decision.
