We lived there for 6 years. The first 5 were spectacular and I always gave it 5 stars. Last year new a management team took over. Let me tell you, Drew the new "manager" is passive aggressive. Never calls back, unless she needs something from you. She tries to never have any contact with resident's if she can help it. And when she does, she acts like you're putting her out. I had to call her numerous times to get a good sized leak fixed. It happened before covid19 and I was told it would take a week. Well, it took 3 months. 3 months!!!! Even after restrictions had been lifted. But wait there's more!!! While in the process of moving (yes, because of her) she had my son's car towed. No call, no email, no text. Nothing. Just towed without any notice at all. She also interrupted our vacation last year, insisting on paperwork that was already on file. When my husband asked her to give us a few days and we would get her the SAME paperwork after vacation, she charged us money on our rent. We spent half a day (on vacation) taking care of it. So, point is, she will be vocal when she needs something, but could care less when a resident needs something. I will be filing a complaint with her company Timberland Partners.
