I lived at Shenandoah Woods for awhile, the building and my apartment was not bad, when new management took over (Hornig Companies), that is when I decided to move. The new manager is horrible, she does not listen to any issues you may have, instead reflects them on you. She intimidates you and tries to make you feel like you are the problem if you have an issue. 3 months after she took over, there were many moving trucks in the parking lot, I didnt understand at first... She does inspections of peoples homes and looks in drawers and cupboards, now why does a manager need to do such a thing? When I called for maintenance (the few times that I did) the people that answered the phone made me feel like my poor performing appliances were my fault. You cannot get your belongings out of storage, because management is never there when claims to be.. If you want to be micromanaged in your own home, this is a great place to live, if you would like privacy, and a manager that will help with any maintenance/issues in your home in a non-intrusive way, then look elsewhere.
