I've lived here for about 3 years now. The only reason I have stayed is because I have been too busy and lazy to move out. I am now at my breaking point. This place is misery. Don't move in. The rent price is ridiculous for how horrible this place is.
I get zero sleep here, and I work a typical day job. If your neighbors walk in their apartment, you hear AND feel it. This is just simple walking...when kids run down the hallways (with their parents doing the same, and this is always happening) it's like a freaking earthquake. I am on the top/3rd floor, and I know the higher up you go the worse it is for that, but I definitely know that the poor people on 2nd and 1st have to deal with hearing their neighbors above them. The floors and walls are paper thin.
In my few years of being here, they have gone through sooooo many maintenance people. Probably because there is way too much to fix constantly because everything is so terrible here, and everything is always breaking. It's too bad really, with them already gouging us with overpriced rent. I have had times that I've reported maintenance issues and a week later no one has fixed it, so I call and they tell me the maintenance guy has completed it already... since this has happened a few times to me (and other residents I've talked with), I've concluded that they probably do this to just "complete their work" in the computer system without actually performing the tasks.
I have spoken with many residents that live here, and I have not met one that is absolutely happy here. We're all just here until our leases are up unfortunately.
