Great community

I recently moved back to the Chamberlain after living elsewhere for a year and I am so happy to be back! Lauren in the office was so helpful with my transition and made the move really easy. The building is quiet, spacious, and centrally located which makes living here even better. My only complaint is that my hallway smells of cigarette smoke, but hopefully the office staff will be able to get that under control soon - hard to blame them when it is a resident breaking the rules. Other than that, everything is great and I am so glad I made the decision to move back to this community!

The Chamberlain Apartments is a great place to call home if you're looking for a place to rent. The office staff has been very responsive in fixing any issues and living here for the past 6 months as been great!

overall the building is nice, new construction and modern design. Most of the staff is helpful and they are all friendly and professional. However if there is a maintence issue, do not expect it to ever be resolved, ive had an open request ive submitted several times for over a year and the most i get is someone to look at it and go huh, and leave.

The community has been quiet and respectful. People look out for each other . No real crime . Close to stores, airport , and parks . Very convenient! Pet friendly as well and great amenities . Could use a hot tub however and sauna at the location .

It's been wonderful! Staff is always so helpful and any issues that arise they are quick to handle. It's quiet and the amenities they offer are great! Very happy we chose this community to live in .

The location here is extremely convincing with the surrounding businesses and possible jobs. Very nice area with parks close and not too much traffic. The apartments are new and very nice, although there are a few small inconveniences and issues in my apartment it isn't bad. It's very nice and peaceful.

I have been here about a month now, and I couldn't be more pleased! It is a well maintained, clean, and professional apartment community. Very clean and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and great access to the grilling stations. I would highly recommend to anyone. right next to the airport but not too disturbing. Calm and peaceful area and nice big open sky.

Overall it's really quiet and very diverse which I like. The office people are really kind and helpful. There is no such thing as a stupid question and they will help you and understand which I really like as well.

The chamberlain apartments are spacious, beautiful, and a huge plus is the in-unit washer & dryer and dishwasher. The apartment was cleaned extremely well upon moving in. Connecting to WiFi was beyond easy, as you are only required to put in info provided by chamberlain, choose your plan, and WiFi was up and running within 10 minutes.

It's been great. Any issues, comments, questions have been observed and responded to immediately. When I signed my lease, I was under the impression that utilities (besides internet) were included in the cost of rent - the staff took this into consideration in their response and offered a discount on monthly rent. Super nice staff. Great place to live.

Chamberlain is a great community! My apartment is spacious and beautiful, with all the amenities I need. It is a great location, close to highways, stores, parks, anything you could need. I like the outdoor/dog space as well. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

It's been very positive..just wish electricity wasn't so expensive. Avg. winter heat bill was $100...because it's electric. Don't know what A/C will cost. Also, certain units (i.e. Section 8) are not allowed to rent garage space.

Been very happy living at Chamerlain Apartments. Even in the Pandemic it is still a great place to live with most of the amenities still available for residents. The staff is great. I've had little issues at all living here. Would definitely recommend living here.

Conveniently located by shops and highway system. Nice neighborhood and quiet. Able to walk to the park close by and not far from lake Nokimis. Also very latest package pickup and system to notify you when a package has arrived

The area of this apartment is really great. There's a ton of parks with paved walkways and stores and restaurants very close, which allows you to ditch the car and get outside to grab your things. The apartments, common areas, and streets are very clean and have very good sound isolation--I forget that I live near the airport, honestly. The apartments themselves don't stand out as far as design or amenities are concerned; they're sort of like every other new luxury apartment complex which means you can really focus on making sure the area is perfect for you instead of worrying about the apartment falling apart or it being dirty in common areas or missing out on amenities.

Not very much space, but it is a beautiful place and a very very convenient location. The most annoying part is, there is barely any parking. Also the walls are very thin, I can hear the elevators from my unit and I hear everyone in the hallways.

We love our Chamberlain apartment. It has designer finishes and lots of natural light. They make great use of the space. The pool is lovely, and the apartment homes are close to good restaurants and Target.

Great place with wonderful staff, but pretty noisy between apartments. If you like peace and quiet this may not be the place for you. Other than that it's been pretty great living here. I really like how new it is and that they allow large dogs.

The first week week I moved in I was ecstatic until I started being harrassed by tenants and when I complained about it to management I was told by the general manager that she would let me out of my lease. I did not make that request. There have been thefts of package deliveries and breakins. Management gets hostile when I would have concerns about my safety. I have had a maintenance technician tell his boss that when he came to fix my window there was nothing wrong with it. I have the proof that Statement is not true. It seems that management is okay with you as long as you don't bother them with your concerns. Management portrays favoritism in cultures and ethnicities. Management denies making statements that have been made when statements are not in writing.

I absolutely love living at Chamberlain. The apartment is very clean & nice. My questions and requests are answered immediately by staff. The pool and gym are wonderful & the complimentary coffee and breakfasts are a plus! Chamberlain is in the perfect location - close to the airport, MOA and Minneapolis. Happy I found a place I love.
