Not always safe, lack of response or timeliness from custodians, dirty laundry rooms and hallways due to current clientele within the complex. The buildings are old and simply need to be renovated and garage area needs to be razed and new stalls built with electronic entry.… See More

Kossi, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am sorry you are not happy and feel we are not doing a responsible job. I also understand that there was a misunderstanding between yourself and maintenance regarding an electrical issue with an extension cord in your home. Please know the site managers take pride in the building and do their best despite the daily challenges. I am happy to see that you are diligent in responding not only here but to all of our questionnaires. I will be addressing your pre-renewal concerns via a personal email.
