* ... water damage in the building. * ... that the landlord can't tell who has what garage space rented to whom. When I was affected, I was expected to sort out her mistake and was treated to a condescending attitude. * ... hearing rumors she gave a list of single female tenants to a male roommate that flirted with her. He didn't do anything with it, but I'm pretty sure that that is a gross violation of privacy. * ... tenants living here longer than me telling me I have to nag maintenance to fix anything. * ... a weird funk as soon as I enter the apartment. My kitchen is reasonably clean. I think it smells like burnt electrical insulation or tape. Given the water damage, I wouldn't be surprised. * ... the dryers randomly work or don't work. The positives are the studio I have has a huge closet, huge patio, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Not enough to make up for all this --------, but fair is fair. This is worse than the ---------- Rochester Village I lived in back in 2000-02 or so. I can't wait to get out. Will post pics of ceiling when I can.
