I've lived in my apartment at Heritage for about five or so months. I had a number of problems with my place but they were all fixed within good time. My only concerns are that things aren't nearly as clean as they should be; the apartment leaks cold air like crazy; the land lord is known for giving you an attitude when calling or stopping in; and last but not least, they are COLD! The winter months have not even begun and they have the boilers set so low I have to use a space heater to warm my place up! I mean come on! Don't advertise FREE HEAT when you are just barely keeping the place warm enough to prevent freezing!
