My family and I had been living here for the past 2 years. Additionally my husband had lived here for several years prior. We have a very small child. Previously we have been glad to call this place our home even though it was a small apartment. However, it just came under new management, AGAIN, and the new apartment manager is completely unreasonable and insensitive. We are now being forced to move during the coldest months of the years due to 3 infractions that were no fault of our own with no way to prove whose fault it truly was. We tried to reasonably explain this to the new manager but she refused to listen or renew our lease. I would highly recommend to stay far away from this property so you don't have the issues we had. Also, several of our neighbors have moved out recently due to similar issues with management. The neighborhood is not the safest and we have had our cars broken into three times sitting in the parking lot.
