I rented at Quarry Ridge for a little over a year. I decided to leave as they had increased the rent and didn't think it was worth the money. Other then the price of the apartment I loved living there. If I could afford to go back I would hands down! The apartments in the 1860 building are pretty sound proof. Maintenance fixed everything in a timely manner, however they had just hired a new guy when we left.. so don't know how he's doing with work orders. The furnace/AC unit is extremely noisey. When we checked out the apartment they said once you get everything moved in it pretty much sound proofs the sound but it doesn't. The intake vent to the unit is right in the living room either where your couch or tv would go. When watching tv you would always have to turn up the volume when the unit turned on. Other then that I think the property is very nice. Managemet was always nice and helpful.
Another point I want to make was when my dryer stopped working they opened up an empty apartment so I could still get my laundry done without going to a laundry mat. I thought this was very considerate of them and helped me out as I had a ton of laundry to do that day.
