I love this community setting for many reasons. First the mgmt team is amazing to work with and very timely. They also are more then willing to work with you in tough times. The townhomes are so spacious and clean I couldn't believe it honestly. Compared to where I lived in the Minneapolis area precious the rent is more then fair as well. I fully recommend the brittanys to anyone looking for a new home, and that's what they refer to it as when you come here "welcome home". So amazing! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
