I am sorry that we have not met your expectations regarding the rules and regulations at Hillsborough. I would like to clear up any confusion as any changes we make, we are doing in hopes to better your enjoyment here at Hillsborough. Due to changes with our previous towing company, we needed to switch companies. Our new towing company essentially does the same as the old company. We did have to change our policy to allow for one car per leaseholder, so that it is fair for all residents to be able to park in our lot without feeling as though there isn't enough parking. Our pet policy and no-smoking policy has not changed, but please let me know if you have any concerns regarding those two policies as I would like to address it if need be. The swimming pool policy is mandated by city and state laws, we are unable to change what that policy is as we are heavily regulated. I would like to address any concerns you have, so you can continue to love living within your apartment, as we don't want you to feel as though it is becoming restrictive.
