I absolutely hate living here. First I signed in the middle of a month under a promotion saying the rest of April is free, move in now and don't pay until May. I looked and my lease ends in the middle of April this year so on April 1st I have to pay my rent for 13 days of the month. Second the rent doesn't include ----. You have to pay water, trash, sewage, pest control, and f**king admin fees for the worthless office people. That's all over $30 per month. This place is overpriced!!! Third is that the maintenance sucks. I put things on my move in checklist 9 months ago that still aren't fixed. Or not to mention that the pool was closed for a month and a half in June and July. It's an outdoor pool. That's almost half the time you can even use a pool in the state of Minnesota. Fourth is you don't even have the option to get your whole security deposit back. They keep half of it for themselves. And the other half I see them coming up with reasons not to give it back because these apartments are so old the carpets have been stained for years before I moved in but they'll still probably charge it knowing timberland management. Fifth is it is forced upon to get renters insurance. Add another $10 per month to the extra $30 for all the other bills and your rent isn't quite as low as you were originally told. And finally now they're fining me for having dead batteries in my smoke detector. Not for new batteries but like a $100 fine. Funny thing is when one started beeping and I pulled it down, there wasn't even a battery in it in the first place! And they won't even give me new batteries. All in all never live anywhere Timberland Management owns.
