SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Hello, we're sorry to hear that your experience with our community has not been a reflection of the positive living situation that we strive to offer our residents. After a thorough inspection of your home, it was determined that the source of your pest issue was unrelated to our community, which is why you were charged for this service. We have recently implemented parking passes in order to monitor our lot to ensure parking for our residents and appreciate your cooperation regarding that. We apologize for the delay regarding the installation of your new door, this model had to be special ordered and took an unexpected amount of time to arrive. While we are a pet-friendly community, we do expect that our residents clean up after their pets and if you notice one of your neighbors neglecting to do so, or an area in need of our attention, we encourage you to let us know so that we may offer our assistance. Additionally, if there is anything else that we can help you with in hopes of improving your living situation as much as possible, we encourage you to give us a call or stop by the office at your convenience.
