I've live here for a couple of years and compared to my last apartment this place is great. My unit is very roomy with hardwood floors, with a south wall and lots of windows I get plenty of light. Agreeing with what many others have said, Casey the most recent community manager is a vast improvement over prior management. The pros of this place are the location, room sizes and plenty of storage, I have a walk-in closet in my bedroom and my child has a large closet in the bedroom as well. There's a large hall closet in addition to the coat closet in the entry. Further, we also have an additional large storage closet just outside our apartment. The bedroom are nice sized and the living room is too. My neighbors are quiet and friendly, on my floor we've had the same neighbors for the past two years except for one family. But the new family who moved in is nice too. Because people tend to stay a while, it seems to me that is a good indication that people are happy here. The downside is that even though the kitchen is functional, but I wish it were larger and had a dishwasher. The bathroom is a bit small too, but has a large tub and everything is tiled and easy to keep clean. As for parking, there is indoor heated parking for an extra charge, but there is also a large lot in the back. Tenants need to have tags and their cars must be registered with the front office to park in the outdoor lot. Although I read contradictory comment by others on this site, I've never had a problem with finding a parking spot. As to security you need either a code or a key to get in to the entry doors and I feel safe here and have never noticed any suspicious looking people. The only thing I worry about is a non-tenant walking in to the garage when others are coming in or out of the gargage using their gargage door openers.
